Add more details (scratches etc)and some more shading to the helmet and the head would look much better.

agree with the other , u should work on the head face , , but the body look really good . have u try it with another color instead of red ?

Meh, it's okay I guess.
Needs a bit more shading so you can see where the plates end, and what not.
Ground texture sucks. And the torso I'd say needs a bit of work.
Hands as well. Eyes are a bit high. That's about it.

One problem is the colors are corny. turn the red down towards a brown and the yellow towards a golden orangeish color.
