I got problems too. I need to save the game, but i need a "Games for Windows live" account and it is lagging! HALP!

i can fix that i am looking for the lingk to fix it i play and save games with out being online

edit:dam the site is down

got the lag dl patch 4 for gta iv

it takes away some of the lag give a bit more fps and the game srttings is better u can set teh reflections etc.

I don't think anyone other than Windows Live staff can help with that.

u can play ofline and save ofline with out a live acc i dont have an acc

For fps of course. Edits the xml files, for better framerates.

But you can edit it yourself for eyecandy,

The PC port runs quite well for me. You're experiencing a bottleneck via your CPU, and nothing software related can really fix that. GTAIV is very processor intensive.

yes my cpu runs at 98%

but with crysis on high and 1024x
iw runs at +-45%
