You should do some tutorials. It's alright for a first effort but I'm pretty sure I can guess the layers.

1. Black background
2. Ghilie suit render
3. Random paint brush over the focal and rest of sig.
4. Text
5. Text effects i.e. reflection smudge thing.

All is true except I didn't use a black background, thanks for posting though!
