And yes.
The first URL is for sharing, where anybody can go to and see it.
The second URL takes whoever clicks it to their own inventory.

But, your first URL (I don't know if it's your fault, my fault, or the site's fault) seems to be broken.
It should be: http://forum.toribash.com/tori_inven...rname=00Gundam
or 
http://forum.toribash.com/tori_inventory.php?username=00Gundam
Your inventory seems to be empty.

I suspect he moved to an account I've seen lately.
His account history doesn't show any conclusive evidence to point to a single account, so I just thought I'd try finding out his IP to tell.
