EDIT: Ooo, Skura I love the pinstripe boarder! And the overall grungy look, very nice!
But it lacks substance, all neutral tones, and no real focal point :/ Chuck in a streak of colour to draw the eye, and maybe some thing interesting, and you have a real winner =D

It is very blurry, I like the affect you are going for (minimalist glow), but there is not enough contrast or definition. I like the kind of definition you have on the stripes in the sig, if you got that kind of definition on to the text then that would be a great improvment!
