Can't get anywhere if I don't know what I'm doin wrong.

I think you should add some light effect to the helmet so it wont look dull for example.
Other than that I like it

Yah lower the back of the helmet.
leaving that little cirlce of space on the back of the head makes it look like a character off of southpark or something.

it has nice shading.

I like the head and the helmet is very nice.. but the face isnt to good, could be lowered a little bit and idk dont really like it even though the beard is pretty realistic .

Yea, I did lower the back end a little bit, but not quite enough.

Couldn't decide on what to do with the skin on the bottom of the head, so yea I agree on the southpark bit.
