Need Dance and Footbal Replay VERY FAST for WorldCup Video!

Replays I need:
-Soccer
-Dance
-Freestyle (Flips and so on)
They must look real pls

well.. iŽll try it.. but i cant promise that i can do it (sry for bad english)

edit: ok.. i tried to do a short soccer rply that means: i shot the ball and uke catched the ball
what do u think?
