Ok but why, use proper terminology, explain how the breakbeat drums or the lack of a dubline makes it dub what distinguishable sound makes it dubstep.

for instance Trip-hop uses a similar beat system and breaks aswell as table sounds to give it the same edge as hip hop however it lacks the original raping seen in hip-hop, thats not to say theres no rapping just not the same as in hip hop. it also utilizes house synthesis and alot of singing.

or Drum and Bass, fast drumming more or less recorded at about 175 bpm using big basslines and electronic synthetic instruments.

Genre's are there for a reason, to seperate music otherwise everything would be just music... If some on can give me a solid reason other than Burial is dubstep... I might change my mind on the matter
