I think it is paint.net coz i use that and i can do exacly same likes pics...

Here a guide on making the first one.
1. Ctrl + N then Enter
2. Filter > Render > Clouds
3. Filter > Distort > Twirl
4. Right click on layer.
5. Blending options (if not available rasterize layer first)
6. Click Colour Overlay
7. Select a nice tint of grey.
8. Click ok.
Et voilą!
Now you sir are broken down :P. You probably used paint.NET wich is a little harder to gget the desired reult but yet its freaking easy. Besides how many layers of work are in all of them? lemme guess 1 with 15 layer effects?
