try add the bat light lamp or watever it is the people use to call badman
add it on the right coz it's empty there

Yeah i llike the blur too gives a moving effect. But sometimes it does not look good.

I like the image overall, with the exception of one thing. The pixelated paint effect to the left and top of the text i think throws the whole smothness of it off. My suggestion too for the "empty" area or for the area near the text, is perhaps adding some kind of city skyline with buildings and such.

I like it (i dont like pink though xD) nice shading and lighting it makes it look like the bg and and the render were just one (its a way of saying u know :P) abaut the blur i like it, but i think its a little too much 9/10 keep on improving
