This looks pretty horrible, just everything about it
the lighting
the colors
the blurryness
the small ugly text
there are no focal points, no variety and its poorly cropped.
Watch some signatures or banners and try to understand how they put things together. There are techniques that makes signatures look good, random splatting won't do.
