Glad I found this thread, I have the same problem BTW my system specs are fine because I Ran 3.2 before this error message came up and it worked fine, I dont have enough bandwidth to download toribash again so I hope NABI will look into this or anyone else who has solved it

I just play 3.1 in the meantime.

I use my 3.1 shortcut and everything works fine but when it starts up it says toribash 3.24 at the top.
when I start my 3.2 shortcut though i have my old gradients and no head tex

zwenkwiel, go to multiplayer for a bit and it will update that.

yeah i tried that but for some reason the 3.2 version won't update anymore

so i just use the old shortcut (wich did update) and all is well

i had a simmilair problem when my Toribash ran in widescreen, i just disable widescreen ran it in a 4:3

exept mine actually started

send an email to microsoft if thats what its telling you to do and tell them to send you a copy of xp cuz im pretty sure xp doesnt have a message saying to email microsoft...
