I don't think that his processor is to weak. 3.06GHZ is enough for Toribash and background stuff.

The problem is somwhere else.

i have a 3.06 duel core 1gig ram and no graphics card (im getting one )

And it runs at 58-60 fps so it cant be his pc

So, you have a GC integrated with mainboard. It's suck, but usually it's enough for office, and games with simple graphics (like Toribash - I think).

Try antialiasing, that's what I did.
Right click your toribash shortcut, where it says target put at the end
"-antialiasing 0" (without the quotation marks)

Should work, I guess.

But his cpu is not dual core. Its celeron.

Tried it. Not that much improvment mabye about 5 FPS improvement, but not fixing the Freezing problem
