I really like the creature, nice idea. Did you use anything as a reference? If not GREAT imagination! Also I really like the muscle tone, it looks quite well with the amount of shading.

And for the CnC. Tbh, it looks like a draft. The creature is awkward the way it stands on the branches. The tail looks weird, because it shows no distortion to show that it is touching the tree. Add shadows to the tail, to make it look like the tail is resting on the tree.
