This is a nice head man, the concept is fucking sick. Very much reminiscent of TF2 or the likes.

Only thing I have to say is be very careful not to let the head be to FLAT. The style definitely contains a lot of shadow, but it's still flat.

I think a mirrored looking head is stupid, which in general makes me think that all heads are stupid looking.

If you are going to put time in for doing a head texture at least make the whole think and not just half of it.
