Normally, these types of errors happen when you demand too much of your pc to be done at the one time, therefore it BSOD's to save your documents from being deleted/corrupted. Overheating is rarely the case. It could also caused by faulty video drivers, you might want to reinstall them. Try to lay off the demanding tasks for now, or if you dont think thats the problem, google is your best friend.


PS: Your HDD might also be dying, so schedule a chkdsk from command prompt. This will analyse the integrity of your filesystem and try to fix any problems that are found. Once you have scheduled it (im not sure how to do this im afraid, but I have done it long before and it worked perfectly for me. I was also getting frequent bluescreens) it will run the next time you boot up your computer.
