A marketing technique that usually works, is to make an auction and set the starting bid really, really low. Lets say somewhere between 1-100 tc low, if your set is good enough then people will keep bidding on it, but, when you do this that you will know how much your set should/will sell for. It's all about the marketing baby, and making some profit even if it does turn out to be about 3 tc is better, IMO, then no profit and letting the set rot in your virtual closet.

I honestly would pay 15k for that set at the most... It's just way to simple to ask 30-40k for.

I don't see anything wrong with it. It's cartoony, but it's not bad. Some ambient detail-- for example, a few little pixels of lighting here and there would make it look less cartoony. The thing about art and textures, is that they have to be imperfect.
I still would buy it if I had the money and the texture items.
