You need to install them by running the setup app, by the way, and restart your PC once it's done. (Not trying to patronise you, just making sure)
Also, open the Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Delete) and go the the Performance. Note the "CPU Usage" and "Commit Charge" percentage bars with Toribash closed, then note the differance with Toribash open.
