This is getting a bit off topic.

I have updated the code so you can only send items if you have the correct amount of money in your pocket when you go to send an taxed item.
If you'd like to know in advance whether an item is taxed, go to your Transfer/Utilities page and consult the dropdown list containing your items. The ones with the transfer fee will have [TAXED] beside it.
