I'll keep saying this now, if you want to make vector art, use a vector art program. Photoshops vector abilities are horrible, which is quite understandable, because adobe needs to sell illustrator too.

zarrock if you name a good program i'll give you 1000 :P not bothered about cost but if you name the best you know that will help greatly...

Well, these should be obvious, but:

Inkscape: good free vector program, mac, pc, linux

Adobe Illustrator: well this is certainly one of the best, I havent used it much though, i did my early vector work on illustrator 10

I use a mac only program called lineform.

I think this was a medium pic I like the eyes in it, looks like a true ninja spirit :P
