Just re-instal everything. Also, try going into your customs and re-download that.
You may need to completely delete the whole thing. Try some other games and see if you have the exact same problem, if not, you might just have a problem on your computer which may result in not being able to play Toribash on that computer.
I'm thinking, has this always been this way? If not it may be able to be restored, try the "system restore" and if none of that works you should go try to see if a computer repair place or something can find out the problem.
