It's okay I guess, looks like you know how to gain momentum and stuff

Try staying on your feet more, and if you have do a flip, keep editing it until you land on your feet without too much help of your hands

New tricking replay, somehow couldn't get much momentum in this one, luckily I landed a few flips and stuff I also loved the opener

Hm

You ghost too much, try not to make your arms go through your legs (Or your legs go through themselves)

Your arms are too stiff

Could work on your setups for the flips and stuff

If you see something you don't like, just go back and edit it.

The run toward uke was stiff

Contacts were nice

Try to keep your legs slightly bent more often like you had uke at the beginning of the replay

Keep your neck extended so it doesn't flop around or look broken

During contacts you might want to relax the joint making the contact

Overall a good start into selfsparring, hope you can get help from this.
Okay, your last replay had some good potential with the opener, but the follow up was pretty weak. It seemed like when you realized you had a chance to get the decap, you just held all of your joints until you could get it. Remember that getting a decap isn't an accomplishment in the replaymaking world, getting a decap in a cool way is. It would have been a better replay if you let the rest of your body relax after the jump, and if your punch looked a little more... like a punch. Keep trying, you'll get better with practice. Also, I don't know if you're aware but if you press Shift+space while editing, it advances by one frame, allowing for more precise editing in your replays.
