Yeah I have a high rank in judofrac (around 600) it used to be 320 i believe. I could help you out too in judofrac.

And about the nerves, pretend you are playing against one of your fellow clan mates, or just trying to have a good time. Pretend its just another match that doesn't matter. If you think about the tc up for grabs or the opponents rank, it may make you more nervous. Also try not to over think things.

When I am playing in a tournament, I try and stay as less risky as possible. I play more defense. I try and put my tori in a safe position for the next frame before I make offensive moves. This helps stay in the game. But if you see an opening to win, then that is the best option. But for the most part I believe staying defensive in high stakes matches is the way to go.
