It should have an icon by the system tray, allowing you to edit the "rules" allowed for toribash.exe. I do not remeber how that icon looked
but if you hover the mouse over the icons by the clock in the lower right corner, you should find it. (it might be hidden, but then you will find it by the left-most icon, most likely an arrow being the left-most icon beside the clock)
Either that, or in Start Menu -> Control Panel/Settings.
There, in Windows Firewall settings, Toribash.exe should be listed as "fully allowed", "trusted" or similar. if not, set it to be that.
In short:
* Control Panel -> Windows Firewall -> Allow ALL on any Toribash.exe
If that doesnt work, its most likely a
temporary remote problem, and not your fault (and not even fixable at your end).
