Both of your last replays looks really good, you have nice flow and all of the flips looks pretty solid. One thing you may wanna change is your opener and your pose because your tori falling after just like 100 frames in the end

As for the movement it could be polished but IDC just use your arms more. Your legs have gotten really good but your arms remain stiff and clunky apart from when they tuck. IRL the arms serve just as much as the legs. Not sure what else to say. You probably still suck MP tho ;)
