The lvl 1 item is available for 35k on the marketplace.
An upgrade to lvl 2 would essentially cost 50k.
An upgrade to lvl 3 would cost another 100k.
So if you were to buy the item from market and get it to lvl 2 you'd spend 85k and to upgrade it to lvl 3 you'd have to spend total amount of 185k. It is impossible to get an upgrade without paying TC.
Obviously, I'll give better discounts on higher levels, but wouldn't let those go for too cheap.
