The way you know they are in the clan is a clan tag, like [Angel] before the name, or [TWO]

Yeh, you want people to identify themselves with their tag.

Otherwise, new members will have to start over, which they probably won't want to do. And people who already have "Angle" in their name somewhere will be mistaken for members.
