I'll start with the bad.
bad:
Camera angle is terrible, a simple straight-on shot would've been better
lighting could be better, the shading doesn't look accurate for some reason
poses are quite stiff, try adding some realism in there.
good:
you made it without using premade objects (other than the rig I'm guessing)
it's a good foundation to build on (the basics are all there, but it's time to pull it together to make it a proper scene, a floor texture, text texture, walls, stuff like that to make it better)
