What happens if you try to log in now on the beta? (Servers may have been down or something)

Hmm, did you try putting it in your firewalls exceptions list?
Don't know why, but sometimes I cant fully deactivate my firewall either, then I need to make exceptions.
Maybe that's your problem too, though that's just a hint.

hmm ill look, but where can i find that list?...

Which firewall are you using? it will be on advanced tab n case of few firewalls.
