Fiora got champion update in future patch. All her abilities has been replace with new abilities (still significant changes to Q and E).

Anything is an improvement from the old one, youd literally (well figuratively tbh) have to buy zhonyas as adc to not get raped by old fiora late

New fiora is a terrifying tank buster. % true damage to reward hitting weak points. I'm definitely interested in her at this point, it's a much more interesting kit now.
