we had a similar case in my country but with a game. A huge percentage of the game's hackers and toxicity came from my region so they simply utterly deleted latin america from the game. We still could play the game with IP hide, but in EU servers and stupidly lagged

we aint got not blocked sites by ourselves, but my school network is super nazi with it y i k e s
it's so bad that it tries to block toribash forums but only manages to block out all the images and some of the css styles so it looks all garbage messy and broken it's actually funny
