Nope it doesn't id suggest you guys edit a previous picture, w/o blur. I understand this thread is for every, even poor photoedit but this is simple blur spam which isn't really photoediting but blurring everything...

Don't you see the difference? In Mapleu's work everything really looks like after nuclear fallout... its like looking through fire... everything is 'almost' moving.
