I see some probs with this event.
So what happens if tie? We all can tie.
I already have one with 30.000.
Like the one tengo did But mine has normal engaging height 0.

its possible to get under 30 k just dm the elbows , And try to smash it to the ground for the wrist dms .. 2 k for each
also both knees,both feets,both elbows,both wrist Are togheter 8 dm with only 28 k so without one knee/elbow dm is it 23 k with 7 dms ..
thats the limit , not 30 k .. and he could change the rules for this :the fastes 7 dms win this thing with the lowest points

It could end with multiple ties.
And now that you said that there are way more chances for ties.
Some new rules might help.

Alright, so I checked the rules again and found some problems.

I'll count tengo's replay as invalid because a madman is not really supposed to be like that.You have to punch/kick uke to DM him.
If there is a tie, the fastest replay wins.

I hope I solved things with that.
