No it doesn't keep track, when you chalenge some one and they except (or vice-versa) then you set up a time and server to fight in then you fight then you keep track of your wins and the opponent's wins, then you submit them.

Can you please, please, please, please, please take the people that have not even joined this ladder off the list? I can not even find a person to challenge.

You can go to "Challenge List" to see challenges currently.

I think it should be all people tied for 32nd should fight to see who is getting in like a tournament I think.

I am tied for 31st.

Also what if I am tied for 31st with 4 other people but I still have a person who has to enter their scores and I will move up to possibly the 20s?

There is a bug in it. I challenged Umbre, then he said yes. I submitted score 1-0, but now the challenge is gone, like if he declined after he said yes.

The challenge gets put into the system after you both submit the score.
That is why it is disappearing from your "Challenges" area.
