It's fine, but how about you add some shading / shadows or depth in any sense, especially on the owl ears? Right now they look like stickers. I don't like the hands, fronts (fingers), you should make them a bit less randonly - stretched, maybe make knuckle parts?

The head looks awesome. The only thing I can see right now that bothers me is the sides of the hands look a tad bit stretched like other people have said. Can't wait to see the finished progress of the set.
