To watch the one of Stage6, you will need the DivX web player (just follow the links on the website).
To watch the H.264 version you will need the following:
Windows (windows media player): ffdshow
OS X: dunno. iTunes should be able to manage it since the iPod Video can play H.264
linux / FreeBSD / Solaris / other / Windows (alternative) / OS X (alternative): compile / install mplayer with H.264 support (if you don't have it already) and use it

Strange... neither iTunes or Quicktime was able to play it. But VLC could, of course. My computer lagged apart after a second, but that second was a-w-e-s-o-m-e!
iTunes / Quicktime on OS X and Windows are different products. The OS X versions can typically do more than the Windows versions.
If iTunes cannot play the H.264 version, VLC or mplayer can be used.
