Shading is excellent! But you should add more to the bottom of the back part. You guys should do this more often!

I really like the sides but the front isn't very good imo. Maybe make instead of the visor extending down the nose, make it only on the eye area and maybe air slit thingys(idk the word for them) on the nose. just a suggestion

well... if you all accept send me the PSD and i'll fix that top mapping problem ^^
