That is correct, you must get permission from the old leader of HUNG to use the tag.
Seeing as none of the leaders are active, I would advise asking Slipanc permission to use the tag.
Once that's done, please forward me his response.
If he says it's fine, then nothing needs to change, if he says you can't use it then you will need to change your tag.
I'll give you a day, then re-evluate
