Promo-Team Fight Physics Replay Comp
Submission of replays has ended! Judging is in progress and winners will be announced as soon as possible.

Promo-Team Fight Physics Replay Competition:

The Promo-Team Fight Physics Replay Comp is all about realism! Your aim is to create the most realistic replay of Tori performing one of the techniques listed below.
Tiers are placed on each technique in order of difficultly, tier 1; the hardest, tier 3; the easiest. You may attempt more than one technique but there is a limit of 3 entries per person.
(note: there are several variations of these techniques but judging will be done on similarity to the video examples given.)

Tier 1 Technique

The technique Ude Hishigi Juji Gatame is one of the most effective and deadly arm-locks in Judo.
It's power comes from the use of the user's hips and quadroceps - the strongest muscle in the human body!
When used correctly the thighs hold down the opposing shoulder creating enough power to break the elbow.

Tier 2 Technique

The Tomoe Nage is a well known and brutal Judo throw that uses the momentum of Tori.
As he falls back he will pull Uke with him and force his foot on Uke's leg, pushing him up and over the user.

Tier 3 Technique

The Wire Fu kick is a challenging, but destructive kick.
It relies of the momentum of the jump to deliver a catastrophic blow.
The first kick is ordinarily used to block an incoming strike while the second counter kick is where the damage is dealt.

Rules:
- No hacking of rpls
- No old replays
- No stealing of replays
- A limit of 3 entries per person
- A minimum of -18 gravity setting

When posting your replays include what technique the replay is!

Judging:

The judging fields will be on:
- Most realistic
- Smoothness of the technique
- Execution

Prizes:

Tier 1 grand prize will receive: 80k
Tier 2 grand prize will receive: 70k
Tier 3 grand prize will receive: 60k

End date of replay submissions: 26th of February (10:00 GMT)

<@Opeth> No, they should get the worst texturer
* @Opeth suggests <censored>
<@hanz0> good suggestion
<@Opeth> I don't understand how you can make textures for so long and not improve in the slightest
<@hanz0> it is because his learning curve is more of a learning horizontal line
Dude, armbar is hands down the most difficult technique to replicate out of those 3, and thus it would seem it should be the highest tier.

That's just my 2 cents.

You get the best prize for Armbar.
Tier 1 is hard, 3 easy.
Oblivion: that wasn't hilarious
Oblivion: it was brilliantly complex though
Oblivion: hands down man
Oblivion: today I genuinely believe more than I ever did before
Oblivion: that you are better than me
Oblivion: gg NutHug

in juji gatame, do you want the arm to be dmed at the elbow/shoulder or do you want a pose of the move?

the first one is a basic armbar, its one of the first moves taught to you when joining in Jiu-jitsu, you should've gotten a gogplatta, or a choke where u use ur leg to squeeze their neck into ur forearm.

Hehe, good luck replicating gogoplata or triangle choke with 20 joints....Even armbar is difficult as hell to make look realistic in tori.
