are the clan moderator can delete the useless post of the clan member itself?

Clan mod should do the following.
1. Tell the user to make the sentence longer or it will be removed.
2. If not made longer, the moderator should then be able to delete the post or make it longer themselves.
3. Keep a record of how many times each individual posts spam and if it gets to lets say... 10 spams, some kind of small punishment is made. And will increase with further spam.
Also in my opinion, if a clan mod is to be chosen, I would like it if they have good grammar and doesn't type like "Lul yew ned 2 delet dat poste".
