There's still a level to the game you don't truly get to participate in until level 30. That's when you start facing people who have much more experience, consistently. It's not the pubstomp that occurs during level 20-ish games, there can actually be a legitimate comeback or turnaround. Baron kills are almost always contested, team fights occur consistently at dragon, the level of play just rises to a new level of complexity that isn't commonly found in the lower levels.

Whether you learn fast or not or if you suck dick or not has nothing to do with experiencing the "actual game" because if you rape shit at level 15 you're going to pubstomp every game and think you know everything about it. You start to actually play "the game" when you're up against people on the same level of skill as you, actually doing ranked/competitive matches.
I'm done with League until riot fixes this fps bug in the upcoming patches. I can't play a single game without having sudden fps drop and going 0-10 because of it. The Graves patch killed it. I'll try it out again when the new champ is released.
