Endurance Onslaught 6.0
The thoughts can be replaced by thinking about something else completely, like a distraction, or not thought up of at all, or a concussion.

Try thinking of the opposite reaction, like literally make fun of the scary movie. That easily cancels out the fear reaction. You just need to actually make it funny, or else it won't work.

That's kind of what I'm talking about, except it's memories. It's just just scary movies, it's scary things I think of during the night that scares me.
TP|Guardians| Hai. Watz upz.
Halomon, when you make fun of it, it can make you laugh the whole night.
If you go to bed drunk, you'll be dead in the morning, metaphorically.

Just stick with the making fun of it part, because all ages can do it.

You replace the thoughts with how stupid, ironic, or funny a scene is, regardless of it being scary or not.
If you think of enough of them, you'll find enough funny parts to make the whole movie funny, and thus not scary.

AKA - Think like a Demotivational Picture

AKA - Put on a Happy Face, *Insert Scary Antagonist*!

Just try to make it as funny as possible, or else it just won't work.

If you can't do it, laugh at yourself for being such an idiot.

That's not working out for me.

It doesn't make sense to me that I don't feel safe in my OWN home. It's really weird...
