Photoshop is just a bloated, over-hyped piece of expensive software.

Oh, and before anyone tries to pull the whole "you're just jealous since you can't afford it/haven't tried it" defense. I have CS3 installed at the moment.

Nah seriously, Photoshop is way more powerful then Gimp, especially if your trying to make something really high quality or really complex.
course you can do stuff that photoshop can on gimp

It just takes a different approach (gimp lacking in layer styles for example). But for what Photoshop does, it is exceedingly large for its size.

i use ms paint.
but to get multipics i use uhh powerpoint for some reason, but since that doesnt count i just voted for GIMP :P

I personally use PS, but it's a matter of opinion.
Each software has it's flaws, and it's mearly a matter of which flaws bother you the least and what program you feel comfortable using.
