I think the price might be a bit high for what isn't a stunningly imaginative idea, also avoid the illegal double post you made further up...

You might also want to learn more about spherical mapping, spheres double width, so you need to halve the width on the flat map. I'd finally suggest listen less to smile2, I don't think she/he knows what they are doing, especially if they told you 125x125, that's a typical error, the reason it is 128x128 is that it is a very simplistic power of two, and easy for a computer to handle, simply put 2x2 = 4, 4x2 = 8 and so on until 64x2 = 128, (2^7).

I think you probably could make 10k to 20k head textures in the future if you learn a little more about sphere mapping and have the confidence to try your own ideas out.
