- Create room options
- Changed Slower Frame Rate to Lower Frame Rate Cap

Server Updates:
- Pause/Unpause
- /nameopener - name your openers
- /decapprize - add a decapprize

Bugg fixes:
- Fixed Multiplayer Window crash on intel cards
- Display avatar in non-shader mode
- /duel mode turn on off correctly

Cool , but pause/un pause command exist in 4.2 !

Also in what version Costum Hair gona be added ?

I had to redownload 4.3 when i accidently changed the window size too small
I could not change it because the option didnt have room to fit in the window
Maybe make it scale for menu?
