Im fairly new to toribash so my knowledge on the subject is pretty limited.
But in terms of texturing,i'd say that Vermine has made the best one's i've seen.

I also quite like the range of styles i've seen Gabriel work in,and what i've seen from Avwave is also very impressive.

I mentioned him on page 2, but you're right. I'm surprised nobody else has noted him.
