There's this chick that works at the same place that I do and has THE hottest Hot Pink dye evar. Green and Turquoise are cool too.

In terms of natural color, I'd probably go with redhead leaning towards a blonde.

I don't think that color of the hair changes something if the girl isn't attractive.
