Use at a distance of 200cm and turnframes at 5 or 55 in single player (start with 350 matchframes, do what's listed in step 1 and keep that until 295, then do step 2 and continue until 240). You don't have to start with 350, just have 55 frame in between each move.

1. Extend ankles, hips, elbows, abs, and wrists, contract knees and pecs, and raise shoulders
2. Extend knees and contract abs, hips, and ankles and lower the shoulders
3. Enjoy!

P.S. you should have Uke stand still through the whole thing (until you kick his head into oblivion that is :P)

1.way
set frames to 600 or more in the setup screen,
hold all (c button),
contract pecs,
extend ankles,
enable grabby hands (click on them),
2x space (20 frames),
contract knees,
contract hips,
lower shoulders,
3x space (30 frames),
raise shoulders,
7x space (70 frames),
extend knees,
relax wrists,
remove the grabby hands (click on them),
press "p"
and voila.....its done (well...it should be XD)

2.way
set frames to 600 or more in the setup screen,
hold all (c button),
contract pecs,
extend ankles,
enable grabby hands (click on them),
2x space (20 frames),
contract knees,
contract hips,
lower shoulders,
3x space (30 frames),
raise shoulders,
7x space (70 frames),
extend knees,
10x space (100 frames),
relax wrists,
remove the grabby hands (click on them),
press "p" and it should be done the same way as before,
except one thing will change: you will throw his upper body
far away, so this one is cool too. Comment improve etc.
...oh and last, but not least: have a nice time playing the game....
its fun XD !!!

BODY SPLIT right lumbar, right chest, extend the glutes, contract left pec , extend the rip left and the ankle, contract the RIGHT RIP, contract abs, contract the elbow

Press "c"
contracting:Left Pecs,right pecs.Raising:left shoulder, right shoulder.
Press space (2X)
Lowering:Left Shoulder,Right Shoulder.Contracting:left hip, right hip.(2 tipe of hands)
press space (3x)
Fun for head of Uke ^^
