Shiai tokens aren't tradeable, so their worth is kinda what you can buy for them and how high it will go. As of now, I don't see them higher than 6-7k/ea (you buy mayan warrior for 3 tokens, but it goes around 15k on forum) That's my estimation. So I say they worth about 5.5k to 6.5k/per when you turn them into items and sell the items. If GM continue giving away a lot of shiais like now, I wouldn't surprised if their value fell to around 5k/per in the future

The lowest shop / market price for all ingredients is pretty much a plain 27k, so I think it's worth less, definitely not 25k on forums. I'd estimate 15k to 20-21k max.
