I know Market Squad has to pay if we want TP and VIP. I assume GM and SMod are the same. Not sure about Admins though.

All admins (most likely) can change account settings freely, including setting avatars / sigs and wahtnot. So they don't need to have VIP to get VIP priviledges.
< Larfen> also my replay thread has more views than the rules thread \o/
